Residential Rate:     $80/hour
Business Rate:        $100/hour
Diagnostic Fee:       $25

 

 
Diagnostic charge is applicable if we are at your home or business and have found the problem, but did not do any of the repairs. You will be charged the fee if you decide to go with another business for the repairs, or decided a repair is not a viable option. Otherwise if the repair is done by us, the diagnostic fee is waived.

 

 
Terms:

• First time customers are charged a minimum of one hour labor. We do our best to fill that hour for you, even if we are done in a half-hour. We want you to get your money’s worth!
• Payment is due at time of service unless other arrangements have been made prior.
• We accept cash and checks.
• Labor charges do not include parts.
• We do not charge an hourly rate for overnight virus scans or data recovery scans.
